The automatic ration distribution system of distribution type ration loading control system is composed
of loading controlling instrument, flow meter, thermometer, level meter, ground switch, control valve,
explosion proof LED screen, and upper computer etc; the system is capable of either isolated operation
that is operated and monitored by operators locally or realizing computer operated loading control
through connection with the computers in the control chamber with communication cables; it collects
the loading information on the site to the control chamber for centralized monitoring, management,
displaying, and printing of various loading reports by computers.
Main Functions
1. Functions of automatic oil distribution and centralized management: it can realize automation of oil
distribution process, ensuring a highest loading accuracy that is over ± 0.2%; improving the
efficiency of production.
2. Function of safety alarm and protection: it can alarm for various system faults as well as protect for
static oil spilling and emergency system shutdown.
3. Monitoring function of loading process: it monitors the state of oil distribution of each crane
position on line.
4. Oil distribution upon bill change: it can be set for printing loading bills and save such bills; besides,
it has security code identification function.
5. Offline loading function: in case that the upper computable is inoperable, it can be easily shifted to
local loading mode.
6. Management function: it can arrange production by accepting production data and production
schedule from various higher level management networks, generating many types of reports.
7. Communication connection function: it provides with standard DDE and OPC interfaces that can
realize communication with such controls as DCS and ERP etc as well as the management system.
